Emily was such a sweet, fun, and loving friend. So generous and kind. She will definitely be missed by everyone who knew her.
I met Emily at Missouri Baptist College back in 1996. What a fun, kind, generous soul. The things I remember the most was she would let me finish all my reports on her computer in the dorm because I didn’t own a computer back then. She is also the one that created my first ever email account that i don’t use but still have. She loved writing notes and we would pass notes in school all the time (I still have them all) She came up with nick names too…Aliceo and Emileo ❤️ Emileo will always have a special place in my heart!

I will remember her kindness, her love for her dogs and she was so funny. I also remember the conversations about her pain and how bad it sometimes was. I tried to make her laugh so she would forget it even for a minute. She brightened up many lives. It’s a shame we lost her way too soon. My condolences to everybody who loved her 💔
Emily and I played SongPop, and she was such a great player. We would play the same list until we finished it. The last one we did was Little Richard, and she finished it a week before passing. She said, I’ll keep sending it as long as I needed to finish it. She was so sweet.
Emily and I bonded over our love of dogs. She would send me photos of Teddy and Gracie! I would send her photos of mine. She had a wonderful heart. Last Christmas she sent me chocolate and I made her a magnet. She will be missed immensely.
Oh Emily, sweet Emily, I have been racking my brain trying to remember how and when we met i believe it was before 2009, I know it wasn't on facebook because at the time she didn't spend much time on there and i didn't find out she was on there til after the second game closed., WE did not get the pleasure to meet in person .and I really didn't know how old you were til now. I had the feeling I was much older, but it didn't matter , I was treated as one of the girls., What I remember is we played hours and hours of backgammon, we exchanged messages and photos. of places by where we lived, I believe she was in Colorado at that time. and had some amazing photo's of the Changing seasons. I live in California so i don't get to see it.., We moved on to SuperPoke Pets, we played that till they closed it down, and it became a joke, we played a other game similar but can't remember its name either. We had a lot of fun, laughs on those silly games. She always checked in with me as to how i was doing even after the games ended, She was there for me during some really rough times , checking in on me. with kind words of encouragement.. . Come to find out now that she was a year older then my son, whom I lost in 2016 , Emily you hold a special place in my heart , until we met up in Heaven. rest in our fathers arms.
