Elizabeth J. Little
Lakeland – Elizabeth J. Little, 96, passed away June 24, 2015 at home.
Mrs. Little was born in Bowling Green, FL on Dec. 3, 1918 to the late Benjamin and Mary Holland. She was a homemaker and lifelong resident of the Central Florida area. She was a very active member for over 60 years at Southside Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday School, and participated in numerous other activities. She was an avid gardener as well.
Mrs. Little was preceded in death by her husband, Gene E. Little. She is survived by her son, Gary (Sandy) Little; daughter, Jan (Mike) Roller; grandchildren, Christy(Wil) Brinke, Julie (Dan) Adragna, Jodi (Kelly) Sloan and Nick (Stephanie) Roller; great grandchildren, Noelle, Ella and Max Brinke, Sophia Adragna, Jacob Sloan, Haleigh and Tristan Roller.
The family would like to thank Good Shepherd Hospice and her caregivers for their assistance and care.
Funeral services will be held Sat. at 2 p.m. at Gentry Morrison Southside Chapel, 1727 Bartow Rd., Lakeland, with interment to follow at Oak Hill Burial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Good Shepherd Hospice.
