Elizabeth Benitez's Obituary
Elizabeth Benitez, 54, passed away September 5, 2021.
Elizabeth was born in Jersey City, New Jersey on October 11, 1966. She loved teaching, and spent over 25 years with the Polk County School Board. Elizabeth loved her family, and loved her pets. She cared for many rescue dogs throughout the years.
Elizabeth was preceded in death by her father, Efrain Benitez. She is survived by her mother, Sonia Cartagena; 5 brothers; 16 nieces and nephews; and her extended family members.
A memorial service will be conducted Sunday, September 12th at 2 pm at Turning Point Worship Center, 1400 E. Georgia St. Bartow, FL 33830.
