Edward J. Olender Jr.'s Obituary
Edward J. Olender Jr. flew away on angels wings July 15, 2017, he was 81. He was born in Long Island, NY June 30, 1936. He moved to Lakeland when he was 16. He was a carpenter by trade and retired as maintenance supervisor at the Florida Baptist Children's Home after 17 years.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years Louise Olender; Children Andy (Julie) Olender and Tracy (David) Rouse all of Lakeland. Sister Dorthy Cook of Bradenton. 6 Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandchild.
Visitation will be Wednesday, July 19 at Crestview Baptist Church, 615 Old Polk City Road, Lakeland, Fl from 9:30 am to 10:30 am with services to follow. His interment will be at Socrum Cemetery.
Donations of flowers or to the Crestview Baptist Church Building Fund can be made in Edward's name.
