EDWARD L. LESTER, 68
LAKELAND - Mr. Edward Leon Lester passed away Thursday, January 7, 2016, at his home in Lakeland. He was born August 15, 1947, in Newton, Iowa. Mr. Lester moved to Lakeland in 2002, from Van Meter, Iowa.
Edward was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Lester; father and step-mother, Leon and June Lester; and grandparents, Edward and Lela Lester. Survivors include his wife, Norma Lester; daughters, Carol Braack of Des Moines, Iowa and Robyn Lester of Roscoe, Illinois; grandchildren, Emily and Evan Lester, Morgan, Madison and Barry Braack all of Des Moines, Iowa; great grandchildren, Abigail, Drew and Noah Lester.
A memorial visitation will be Tuesday, January 12, 2016, from 6-8PM at Gentry-Morrison Funeral Home at Serenity Gardens, 3350 Mall Hill Drive in Lakeland.
