The Cross family always enjoyed Edgar and Jenny's visits to Tennessee. Miss you Edgar!
We enjoyed Ed and Jenny so much when they lived across the street from us in Solivita. They would hitch a ride with us on our golf cart for the weekly movie and occasionally enjoyed music performances where Jenny would get up and dance. Ed and Jenny always approached life with joy and excitement.
Jenny, we are keeping you & your family in our thoughts & prayers. Thank you for sharing this beautiful video of the special moments in Ed's life, it portrays just how much "family" meant to him. What a blessing to have so many precious memories. We are thankful to have known Ed & are privileged to call him our friend. We have many memories as well ~ working together at the PO, our BUNKO nights, our New Years Eve parties, and an unforgettable Carnival Cruise together. Our hearts are broken that Ed is no longer here with us, but we also rejoice in knowing that he is now resting in the arms of Jesus. Until we all meet again Ed.....

Ed was a great neighbor, very friendly, helpful and just someone that would make your day brighter. Many times I would visit with him in his garage where he would be working on some kind of project. I borrowed his ladder once to change my porch light fixture and the next thing you know the the job was done......by Ed. That was just the kind of guy he was, always ready to help. Ed make the world a better place in which to live.
Jenny, my deepest sympathy and prayers to you and your family. Quiet and unflappable, it has been a privilege and a blessing to know such a kind and gentle man.
Edgar, as I knew him in High School was a very quiet nice person. He didn't have much to say, but was always smiling. He was very smart but not in a show off way. So sorry to hear that Ed passed away so suddenly. I am up in North Caroline with Robi's mom so I will only be able to be with you in spirit. Just the other day, I was sharing some of our Girl Scout adventures that we had up here with the girls. That's what I remember about Ed, he never minded when we took off on our Girl Scout trips. Jenny, Jason, Kelly, and Sharon, may God wrap you in His arms and surround you with His love during this very difficult time. I know your strong faith in God will help you as you grieve. Know that I am praying for all of you and sending you love and hugs.
