For the last 63 years my dad molded me into the man I am today he was my mentor and always will be. Dad was a very loving person that made sure his kids were well taken care of. Dad was my best friend. He is loved by so many people and will be missed in body but the memories will linger on forever. I love you dad

Before I had words or memories, I knew I was loved and cared for. That was my father’s first and greatest gift to me. I hope he knew how deeply he was loved. Because he lived his life on his own terms, he taught me to do the same. He was singular, his sense of humor legendary, and he helped countless people in countless ways. With every beat of my broken heart, I feel profound love and gratitude that he was my father.
