Lakeland – Drew Alexander Lewis, 31, passed away at his home October 16, 2014 due to complications from diabetes. Drew is a lifelong resident of Lakeland, worked as a house painter and loved fishing. He appreciated all his friends who stuck by his side and continued to check on him during his illness.
He is survived by his son Zachary Lewis; Parents Ralph and Alice Lewis; brother Matthew Clay (Kelly) Lewis; sister Jessica Lewis; nieces Ashley Lewis, Alexis Lewis; nephew Clay Alexander Lewis.
A visitation will be held Monday from 6-8 at Gentry-Morrison Funeral Home, Southside Chapel, with a funeral service Tuesday at 11 am at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
