Don E Spell's Obituary
Don E. Spell, 75, of Lakeland, Florida, went home to be with the Lord on November 10, 2025. He was born on November 20, 1949, in Uvalda, Georgia, to the late Nealand Spell and Marjorie Hayslip.
Don moved to Lakeland 59 years ago, where he built a life filled with faith, service, and love for his family and community. A proud veteran of the United States Navy, Don served his country with honor and dedication. His deep faith was central to his life—he was a devoted member of Kings Church and found great joy in singing and reading the Bible.
Don is survived by his beloved siblings: Glenda McKinney, Barbara Novak, Ted Spell, and Chuck Spell. He will be remembered for his kind spirit, gentle humor, and steadfast devotion to God and family.
A graveside service celebrating Don’s life will be held on Friday, November 14, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Auburndale Memorial Park, where friends and family will gather to honor his memory and the life he lived so faithfully.
