DL and I played a lot of golf together during the time he worked at NASA . David loved the sport and played as much as he could. He won the club championship at Harbor City Municipal G. C. on multiple occasions as I recall. Frequently he would run a couple of miles before coming to the course and still have enough energy to shoot par golf.
I certainly will miss him and his infectious smile.
