Darryl Michael O’Gorman, 60, passed away April 19, 2026.
Darryl was born in West Islip, New York on November 16, 1965, to the late Gerald and Mary O’Gorman. His family moved to Lakeland, Florida when he was 8 years old.
Darryl is survived by his wife, Tina O’Gorman; children, Jessica (William) Hope, Tamara Swanchara, Darryl (Elizabeth) O’Gorman II, Cody (Sabrina) O’Gorman and Casey O’Gorman; sisters, Priscilla Simmons and Joann Clark; grandchildren, Lillie Hope, Amelia Hope, Haylie O’Gorman, Drew O’Gorman, Easton O’Gorman and Skylar O’Gorman.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Timothy O’Gorman.
Visitation for Darryl will be held Thursday, April 23rd from 6-8 pm at Gentry Morrison Southside Chapel, 1727 Bartow Road, Lakeland, FL 33801. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, April 24th at 10 am at Christina Park Baptist Church, 445 CR 540A, Lakeland, FL 33813, followed by interment at Oak Hill Burial Park.
