Clayton H. Cash's Obituary
LAKELAND - A lifelong resident of Lakeland, Florida passed away on August 23, 2023, at the age of 60. Clayton worked for the City of Lakeland for 27 years as a water treatment operator and power plant operator.
Clayton was preceded in death by his parents Max Leon Cash, Jr. and Judith Cash and his brother Jason Cash.
He is survived by his son Ryan Cash, daughter Taylor Cash, his nephew Brody Cash, several cousins and many friends who will miss him dearly.
A visitation will be held on Friday, September 1st from 10 am – 11 am with services to begin at 11 am, Gentry-Morrison Funeral Home at Serenity Gardens, 3350 Mall Hill Drive, Lakeland, Florida 33810. Burial will follow at Socrum Cemetery. Funeral services will be live streamed. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in memory of Clay to the American Diabetes Association at diabetes.org.
