Naples - Mr. Charles L. Stanford died 8/23/14 due to complications from stroke. He was born in Bremen, GA.
Charles worked as a project manager in construction for many years. He was a U.S. Marine Corp veteran of WWII. He loved woodworking and boating.
Charles was preceded in death by his wife Marie. Survivors include his son, Rich Stanford of Naples, FL; daughter, Cindy Williams of Bristol, TN; 6 grandchildren, Jill Stanford of Atlanta, GA, Anne Marie Stanford of Naples, FL, Lindsey Williams of Bristol, TN, Aaron Williams of Atlanta, GA, Eli Williams of Lady Lake, FL and Caroline Rasimowicz of Naples, FL.
Visitation will be Thursday 9/4 from 10-11am with services beginning at 11:00am, at Gentry Morrison Southside, 1727 Bartow Rd.
