Such happy memories of Cecil & Joyce and all the family, us kids growing up together! He & dad were so close and such good friends, I remember Cecil coming to GA right before dad passed away just to see his friend one last time!! When I was growing up Cecil was a big part of my life. He always looked after me with love and kindness. Joyce and Cecil took me places with the family. I spent my childhood right next door and I will forever in my heart remember him with love. Cecil and Joyce were my 2nd parents. Love him and I love his family.
Cecil was always a big presence. I could hear him was I was walking up to an event or to his house. It was fun watching him enjoy cooking for a barbeque or for the Lion's Club.
