I had Carson as a classmate at McKeel Academy from 2013 to 2017. I always knew him as a funny guy with a lot of energy, which he put to great use in school athletics. His opinions regarding the curriculum and other things, especially in Ms. Randall's class in 10th grade and Mr. Kuhnert's class in 12th, were hilarious to listen to! Carson's passing came as a shock to me as I had recently met with him at Tyler Hall's memorial service last month. Although it was brief, we shook hands and asked each other how we were doing after graduation. I just wish we had spoken more before his untimely passing.
Unfortunately, I cannot attend Carson's memorial service this coming Monday, but I will give all my sympathies to his family and friends during this difficult time.
Although Carson may be gone from the world, his influence will live on in the hearts of those that have been blessed to be a part of his life.
