Lakeland - Caroline Stella Day, 87, passed away on October 14, 2018 at her home in Lakeland, FL surrounded by her family and friends. She is survived by her husband Eugene Day; sons, Bill and Jim Hartman; daughter, Debra Records; 10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren and her brother, Paul Burits of Northampton, PA. She is preceded in death by her son, Randy Day. A Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated at St. Joseph Catholic Church on Saturday, October 20, 2018 at 10:30 am. In lieu of flowers, donations in Caroline's name may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church, 210 W. Lemon St., Lakeland, FL. Gentry Morrison Funeral Home at Serenity Gardens in charge of arrangements.
