Bill Boothe's Obituary
Lakeland – Bill Boothe passed away on September 15, 2018. He was born in Logan, West Virginia on November 25, 1939 to parents, James M. Boothe and Laura E. Wineland Boothe. Bill loved spending time with his family, working in the yard and traveling.
He was preceded in death by five brothers and four sisters, Harold Lee Boothe, Paul Richard Boothe, Earl Boothe, Gordon Boothe, Carl Boothe, Katherine, Vera Davis, Sue Varney and Grace Farmer.
Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Betty Williams Boothe; daughter, Gina Brooks and her husband, Anthony of Lakeland, FL; grandchildren, Martha Leigh Ottinger of Midland, TX, Aaron Boothe Brooks and his wife, Samantha of Anderson, SC, Anna Elizabeth Brooks of Lakeland and several sisters in law, cousins, nieces and nephews who meant so much to him.
Visitation with the family will be Friday, September 21, 2018 from 10:00 – 11:00am at Gentry Morrison Funeral Home at Serenity Gardens, 3350 Mall Hill Drive, Lakeland, FL. Funeral services will begin at 11:00am at interment will follow at Serenity Gardens. Donations may be made to Lake Gibson Nazarene Church.
