Bertrice L. Ray, 83, passed away on May 27, 2023. She was born in Greenville, MS on August 20, 1939 to Paul and Bertrice Dixon. She attended Griffin Baptist Church and was a member of TOPS Club, Inc. She retired as a Licensed Practical Nurse who loved to travel.

Bertrice is survived by her son James G. Ray and his wife Annetta, son-in-law John Campbell, grandchildren Cassie Smith, Shawn G. Ray, Tommy A. Thomas, 10 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband James Lee Ray, daughter Terry Campbell, son Paul A. Ray, grandson Chris Wilson and her sister Margaret Gift.

Graveside services will be held at Oak Hill Burial Park on Friday June 9 at 10:00 am. In Lieu of flowers, please make donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
