Lakeland – Bernice Butler Odom, 92, passed away Jan. 21, 2018.
Mrs. Odom was born in Adrian, GA on Apr. 26, 1925. She owned her own beauty shop in Lakeland for many years. She attended Lake Gibson Church of the Nazarene.
Mrs. Odom was preceded in death by her husband, Ennis Odom; and brothers, Walter and Ed Watkins. She is survived by her daughters, Faye (Donald) Murphy, Diane (Ernie) Lisch and Bonnie (Eric Jackson) Thompson; sister, Mary Waters; grandchildren, Noah and Ollie Thompson, Erin Lisch and Farra Mano; great grandchildren, Haili and Tegan Mano, Rhett Murphy, Johnathan Leland.
Graveside services will be Fri. (Jan. 26th) at 10 am at Oak Hill Burial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lake Gibson Church of the Nazarene.
