I will always remember Arthur. He was a good man. He was always kind and tried his best to help everyone. I will miss going on walks and saying hello to him as he sits on his porch. I will always miss the comfurt of his house and when we would have bonfires together. Although most of all I will miss him. I love you Arthur and I wish I could've said bye. Im glad your in a better place now. Rest well and say hi from up there.

I miss our long talks and quiet sips of wine as we lingered over shrimp cocktail and charcuterie. I so wish you could have made it up to Iowa more often. Thank you for opening my eyes to the world and for filling my life with cherished memories. You gave me the gift of curiosity and a love for travel—one I proudly passed on to my children. Seeing the world beyond my own surroundings, and learning how others live, helped shape who I am today.
