I started to work with Mike about 8 years at Weller when he became a Regional Manager. What started out as an employee/boss relationship ended as a friendship. He was very understanding, and always put family first,
It was a sad day when I learned of his passing.
RIP Mike
Mike was a pleasure to work with. He was always smiling, always in a good mood no matter what. We both had a lot of similarities as we were both from Cleveland, OH, both of Polish descent, so we had several good times laughing and making fun of Cleveland sports teams. I will always remember him as a hard worker who loved his family and had deep religious beliefs. May he rest in peace, and my deepest condolences to his family and friends.

Mike was always ready with a quick smile and friendly greeting. You knew when he was in the room because he was engaging with people and wanting to chat. I didn't see him often at work because I am in Michigan and he is in Florida, but as one who served as IT support of his sales efforts you never knew what issues Mike was going to run into on computers....but you always knew that Mike would be undaunted by the trouble. He pressed on. Praying for you, family, as you mourn your loss and celebrate Mike's Homegoing. John 14:27

Mike was a true brother in every sense of the word to me. When I first met him (in church! ), I welcomed him into the family and have cherished our relationship ever since. He was always there for you, whatever your need and he did it because he Got To!
Now he's "Getting To" serve his Lord forever! That's peace for all of us! Thanks Mike for being a real friend and the best husband and father!
Michael will be remembered by his love to help people. Going out of his way, even if it meant going 2 hr 1 way! He loved our daughter, even cherished her and made her very happy. That made us happy too! He was a good father, teaching his children responsibility, whether by building a rabbit hutch or chicken coop, supporting their school projects, or teaching them to drive. His relationship with his Lord was evident, even tender. You're not in our arms, Michael, but you're in His. All praise and glory to God forever!
