I met Al more than 72 years ago and we have been close friends ever since. I sponsored him for his confirmation to the Catholic faith and had some face time on the telephone just a couple of weeks ago sharing our Manhattan together. He will always be remembered as a very special person, father and friend.
Many years ago Al and Kathy came to Wisconsin and we gathered with Joyce and Harvey Wright to play golf, have a few pops and go out for dinner. My side hurt from so many laughs with this fun loving group. Al loved his kids to the moon and back and know he will be watching over them in heaven. My sincere sympathy in your loss family.

I remember after Anita and my wedding Al, Kathy and their children stayed at my parents house. Then we partied on Sunday at the Erato's house, my parent's neighbors, because they had a rec room in the basement. Al and the family stayed a second night and left for home on Monday. They had car trouble and didn't get home until late that evening. They really knew how to party.
