I love how convenient and easy it was to order and make sure these arrived at the right place at the right time. However, I was shocked to see a sneaky add on to my purchase of what I thought was going to be just the flowers. An extra $9.95 was added on to plant a tree as well. It's a lovely sentiment, but I wasn't planning on adding this on and I couldn't see how to remove it from my order. In a moment of stress I just finished the purchase. Glad it will (supposedly) go to bettering the environment. But didn't like it was a secret add on to my order.

The arrangement was smaller than expected even though I ordered the largest version of the design. I thought some of the blossoms looked a little "tired" and not that fresh. The overall design was good and the product delivered matched the design. I thought it looked a few days old, though. I saw the flowers on the first day they were to be delivered. When I arrived at the visitation, I was very disappointed because the arrangement looked nothing like the deluxe version in the picture that I paid for. Quick impromptu measurements estimated the dimensions to be much smaller than the cheapest arrangement. The colors were great but the flowers were much smaller than expected. ☹️

The main reason for the purchase through the funeral home was to ensure timely delivery and because it was convenient. I was fully aware there was probably a premium for this and was OK with that in this circumstance. When we got to the funeral home Friday for the viewing, though, and saw the flowers, they were not as impressive as the photo and by the time for the funeral service on Saturday, they were beginning to wilt. Sorry to say, this was not our favorite experience.

Very disappointed in the flower arrangement I bought online and viewed for the first time at the funeral home. I paid $84 for the arrangement plus $32 in delivery fees and taxes. The arrangement was quite small and unimpressive. Additionally some of the flowers appeared damaged and drooping down. At a total cost of $116 I cannot recommend this flower arrangement.

The flowers were mostly white with about 3-4 white roses with purple on the edges. None of the lavender colored flowers were in the bouquet. It was basically all white flowers. I upgraded to "deluxe", but not sure the florist got the memo.
I really hoped ordering through the funeral website would go well. It was quick and easy and flowers were delivered to the visitation. But, it definitely was not like the picture or description and looked like the regular amount of flowers and not the "deluxe".

The other local florist was closed. I looked at what The Sympathy Store had to offer, called with a question, ordered online and they were delivered in under 3 hours!!! And...they were beautiful, exactly as shown and she said they were "perfect"! The Sympathy Store saved the day!

I was very dissatisfied with the flower arrangement. The one sent was white and a majority of the flowers were withered. The flower ordered was “Enchanted Cottage.” The chosen flower was to reflect Rev. C.A. Latimer’s fraternity, Omega Psi Phi, which purple is one of the colors. Again I was very disappointed in the service.
A refund is requested.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed in the size of this arrangement. I specifically selected the Premium version and paid more to get a really nice flower arrangement. What I got was much smaller than most arrangements and frankly I was a bit embarrassed.

It happens that I was at the venue to see the floral arrangement I had ordered. It was fresh and beautiful and a great comfort both to me and to the other family members that I intended to uplift in spirit. Though the life of a flower is short, it is meaningful and the beauty greatly manifests the love for which it was intended. Thank you for following through with a lovely product.

Ordered the Enchanted Cottage as a sympathy arrangement for a sudden unexpected loss. The arrangement was beautiful and more impressive in person that the picture justified. Very pleased with the purchase and sure help comfort the grieving family. Ordered online and was delivered next day without issue. Definitely would order again when the need arises.

The flowers were fresh and the arrangement was just as beautiful as pictured. It was a graveside service and very windy, but the bouquet didn't lose a single petal. Well worth the money.
