Mr. William "Billy" Abrams,58, of Lakeland passed away on 11/20/2017. Born in Franklin, Ohio on Oct 2nd, 1959, he came to Lakeland, Florida in the '70s. He was an employee of the City of Bartow for 37 years. He was a loving Father, Papa, Brother and a great friend to so many! Mr. Abrams was preceded in death by his parents, Mary Jean Lamb Nicely and Lawrence Martin Abrams, and brother Tommy Abrams. He is survived by Tina Lowe, mother of their only daughter, Jessica Plew, her husband Brian Plew and two grandchildren: Bentley and Jackson Plew, his sisters Paula Bradley and Tiny Butler of Lakeland, brothers Mike Abrams of Lakeland, Lawrence Abrams III and Chris Abrams of Ohio, and Walter Abrams of Kentucky. Services will be held on Saturday Dec. 2nd at 11am at Gentry Morrison Funeral Home, 3350 Mall Hill Dr., Lakeland, FL, 33810.
