Susan Lovenne Parrish, 67, passed away peacefully Saturday August 5, 2023 from heart failure. She was born August 23, 1956 in Bethesda Maryland, but grew up in Lakeland Florida. She was a devoted mother to Sean (Cody) Parrish and grandmother to Maggie Mae Parrish. They were her pride and joy. Susan was preceded in death by her husband Billy and her mother and father, Sue and Ed Dickerson and also her brother David James. She was survived by brothers Luther Vernon James (Tracy), Dell James (Tracy), James Dickerson (Susie), and Allen Dickerson, and her sister Ann McClain. And had lots of nieces and nephews. Susan worked for Publix Supermarkets for many years. She had many friends and memories from Publix. She graduated from Mulberry High School in 1975. Her loved ones are comforted in knowing she is in the loving arms of our Savior Jesus and free of pain. A celebration of life will be held for Susan at 2:00 pm Saturday, August 26, 2023, at a cookout gathering of family and friends at 851 Plateau Avenue, Lakeland Fl 33815
