Lakeland – Mrs. Stephanie Ann McWhirter, 24, died Saturday, February 28, 2015. She was a native of Lakeland and a member of Abundant Life Church. Stephanie was the granddaughter of the late Dorothy Emerick. She is survived by her husband, Erik Edward McWhirter, mother, Laurie Wandless, father, Henry Wandless, sister, Shannon Starker, mother-in-law, Melessia McWhirter, father-in-law, Bruce McWhirter, brother-in-law, Ethan McWhirter, grandmother-in-law, Gaye McWhirter and grandfather-in-law, Bill McWhirter. As well as the Ferguson, McCann, and Ring family. She will be missed dearly and will always have a place in our hearts. A visitation will be held on Saturday, March 7 from 10-11 am at Gentry Morrison Southside Chapel with a service to follow at 11 am. Interment to follow at Oak Hill Burial Park.
