Lakeland - Mrs. Sally Ann Hobbs, 81, passed away on Monday February 6th, 2017. She was born in Youngstown, OH and moved to Lakeland in 1965. Sally and husband Richard were among the founding members of St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Lakeland. In her spare time, Sally loved crafts and gardening. She is survived by her loving husband, Richard P. Hobbs; sons, Timothy A. Hobbs of Herndon, VA, David P. Hobbs of St. Augustine, FL; daughters, Deborah A. Hobbs andDiana M. Hobbs both of Lakeland; grandchildren, Shayla Maloney, Ava Hobbs, Andrew Hobbs and Gabriela Hobbs. Visitation will be Friday 2/10/17 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at Gentry Morrison Funeral Home at Serenity Gardens, 3350 Mall Hill Drive, Lakeland, FL. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday, 1;00 pm at St. Anthony's Catholic Church, 820 Marcum Rd.
