ROBERT FRANKLIN REEVES, 82 Administrator LAKELAND - Robert Reeves, 82, passed away on November 13, 2014, due to heart failure. Bob was born on September 20, 1932, in Plainfield, IL. He joined the U.S. Navy at the age of 17 and served for 3 years. After the service, Bob married Arlene, and they spent 57 years together. He retired in 1990 as the Administrator for the Village of Bloomingdale, IL. In that same year he and Arlene moved to Lakeland, FL. Bob enjoyed playing golf, researching genealogy, reading history, and archeology. Bob is survived by his loving wife, Arlene; children, Karen (Bill) Pfeiller, Robert (Donna) Reeves, Richard (Marianne) Reeves; grandchildren, Hunter Reeves, Lisa Hancovsky, Ed De Stefano and Ron Moberly; great-grandchildren, Dylan and JT Hancovsky, Jake, Sky and Jalen Moberly; sisters, Wilma, Janet, and Janelle. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 2nd at 2:00 p.m. with a memorial service to follow at 3:00 p.m. at Cypress Lakes Clubhouse, 10000 US Highway 98 North, Lakeland, 33809.
