Robert "Frank" Ray

Plant City – Robert "Frank" Ray, 74, passed away July 15, 2023.

Frank was born in Plant City, Florida on October 1, 1948, to the late Robert and Geneva Ray. He served for 22 years in the U.S. Navy before his retirement. Frank was a member of Fuel Church, as well as the American Legion, DAV and the Elks. His hobbies included old cars, fishing, trains and airplanes.

Frank is survived by his wife of 31 years, Debbie Ray; Sheryl (Jeff) Janosky, Cindy Ray, Chris Galt and Tracy (Steven) Saiz; grandchildren, Jackson, Rhett, Brody, Lacey, Traciana and Stacey. He was preceded in death by his sister, Diana Lynn Ray.

Visitation for Frank will be Monday, July 24, 2023 from 10-11 am at Fuel Church, followed by services at 11 am at the church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to: Fuel Church

A Committal Service will be held Thursday, July 27, 2023 at 11AM, at Florida National Cemetery
