Robert K. Bleacher Lakeland – Robert "Bob" Bleacher, 92, died Aug. 14, 2018. Bob, a veteran of WWII was born in Quarryville, PA. Bob lived in NJ with his first wife June for 39 years until her passing. He was a foreman at Princeton Nurseries for 42 years. He is survived by his second wife of 30 years, Sue; his children, Patti, Donna, Robert and Alan; 6 grandchildren; step-sons, Harry, Kevin and Dewey; and 5 step-grandchildren. During Bob and Sue's 19 years at Sandpiper, he was involved in many activities such as shuffleboard, bowling and cards. Bob was a dedicated member of the Citizen's Assisted Patrol program for 9 years. Bob was a great husband, father and friend to all who knew him. Memories of him will live on by those he touched by his presence. Per his request, there will be no services.
