Robert Allen Clifford, 79, passed away on Monday July 15th, 2024. He was born in Springfield, Illinois to parents Frank and Clarice Clifford on November 7th, 1944. Robert enjoyed baseball and played in college at Eastern Illinois University where he met the love of his life Penny. In 1966, they married on March 26th and received his bachelor's degree in education later that year. He kept his interest in sports often watching baseball, football and golf on television.

He was preceded in death by his parents Frank Clifford and Clarice Clifford; and brother Ronny Clifford.

Robert is survived by his wife Penny Clifford; daughters Bobbi (CB) Coleman and Angie Taylor; nephew Rodney (Mary) Jones; grandchildren Taylor Licitra, Tyler Jones, Colin Jones, Trevor Sauban, Connor Sauban, Parker Jones, Logan Taylor, and Jacob Taylor; Great-grandchild Gianluca Licitra; and brothers Jack Clifford and Dennis Clifford.

A memorial service will be held Sunday, August 4th from 1-3 P.M. at 513 Cullaro Lane, Lutz, FL 33549.
