Ramon Humberito Cuevas De Rocha passed away on May 5, 2025, at the age of 96 in Lakeland, FL. He was born on March 4, 1929, in Rio Grande, Texas.

He worked in agriculture as a migrant worker to provide for his family. He was a loving, strong, hardworking, funny, charismatic soul, and the best father and grandfather anyone could ask for! He was always there whenever you needed him. He loved everything about life just like his love for sweets.

His hobbies included cooking, making jokes, listening to music, and watching the news. One thing we know for sure is that he loved dancing, which is probably going to be his number one hobby in heaven.

Ramon is survived by his children: Jesus Cuevas, Jose Cuevas, Maria Cuevas, Ernesto Cuevas, Ignacio Cuevas, Martha Cuevas, Imelda Flanders, Ramon Cuevas Jr., and Antonio Cuevas. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. His family was a cherished part of his life.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Maria Cuevas, mother, Maria Rocha, father, Encarnacion Cuevas, and his siblings: Antonia Rosenbaum, Lupe Rocha, Juan Jose Rocha, Nachita Cuevas, and Andrea Rocha.
