Peggy Joyce Dixon, 84, passed away at her residence in Lakeland on Saturday, February 22, 2025. Born in Alabama to Erasmus and Viola (Bradley) Britt on November 5, 1940, she has resided in Florida for most of her life, around 65 years. Peggy loved going to the movies and above all else, spending time with her grandchildren. She was a devoted member of Northside Baptist Church in Lakeland. Peggy is survived by four children: daughter Donna (Phillip) Butler and sons Randy Dixon, Kelvin (Svetlana) Dixon, and Kenny Dixon. She is also survived by sister Mary Elizabeth Beck, 7 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, March 15, 2025, at 1:00 PM, Northside Baptist Church, 3131 Duff Road, Lakeland.
