Pauline May Webb was born July 16, 1933 to Jacob Ray and Delia (Bryant) Ray in Roanoke County, Virginia. She entered heaven on Aug. 24, 2026. She was the youngest of 6 children. She was raised in a simple rural household with her dad being a stone mason. Church was a regular part of her life from a very early age. When her future husband of 55 years, Mitchell Webb came to court her, he was met at the door by her father with a shotgun. But Mitchell was persistent and eventually won her hand in marriage. Together they raised 4 children as they pastored Assembly of God churches in North Carolina, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. Pauline took very seriously her role as pastor's wife as well as mother and homemaker. The last few years were difficult physically and mentally, but she always looked forward to going to church.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Mitchell Webb, siblings James Ray, Carl Ray, Raymond Ray, Frank Ray, and Lorine (Ray) Taylor.
She is survived by her 4 children, Don Webb (Linda), Carol Scott (Tom), Steve Webb (Joette), and Greg Webb (Bonita), as well as 11 grandchildren and step grandchildren, and 30 great grandchildren all of whom she loved very much.
She was often referred to as "sweet", was greatly loved, and will be greatly missed.
