Patricia J. Helmkamp, 79, passed away at her home in Lakeland on Friday, August 11, 2023. Patricia was born in Arkansas to parents Arley G. and Mary Gladys (Felts) Hall on January 9, 1944, but spent most of her childhood in Georgia. Pat moved to Lakeland in the early 60s when she was a teenager and graduated from Kathleen High School. She met Richard W. Helmkamp at a Bob Evans restaurant in 2009, and the two married on March 26, 2010. Pat was a member of Springhead Pentecostal Church of God in Plant City, where she loved to dance and praise the Lord. She also enjoyed cooking, and loved all flowers, the brighter and colorful the better. Pat is survived by her husband Richard; children Corey (Terry) Estridge, Steve (Teri) Helmkamp, and Sheryl (Mark) Langiano; brothers Doug Hall and Bobby Hall; 5 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 15th from 10-11:00 AM, with funeral service to follow at 11:00 AM, at Gentry-Morrison Funeral Home, Serenity Gardens Chapel, followed by burial at Socrum Cemetery.
