NANCY ELLEN SMITH, 52

LAKELAND - Mrs. Nancy E. Smith passed away Saturday, April 19, 2014 in Lakeland due to heart failure. She was born January 2, 1962 in Lakeland to Charles and Barbara Thompson. Nancy was preceded in death by her son, Brian Scott Smith and her father, Charles Thompson. Survivors include her husband, John F. Smith; son, Matthew J. Smith; mother, Barbara Thompson Plank (Richard); brother, Michael Thompson; sisters, Debra Greene and Janet Magnatta; four grandchildren, Randy Smith, Brian Smith, Katelyn Smith and Shelby Smith. The family will be receiving friends at the home of John Smith (2125 Sutton Road) on Saturday, April 26, 2014 from 2-4 PM.
