Mary M. Hazelbaker age 92, walked through Heaven's Gate on Wednesday, May 30, 2018. She was born on December 25, 1925, in New Vienna, Ohio, where she lived before settling in Lakeland, Florida in 1959. She worked as a home maker, sang with the Singing Hazelbaker Family, and was a faithful follower of her Lord and Savior, Jesus. Survivors include her sons, Larry and Stephen, daughters-in-law, Deborah and Judy, grandchildren, Sam Hazelbaker, Melissa Rixon, and Amanda Bean, and her great grandchildren, Jackson Tindell, Michael Rixon, Madeline Rixon, Merrick Rixon, and Ethan Vinson. Services will be held at Gentry Morrison Funeral Home on Friday, June 1, 2018 with a viewing at 10:00 and the funeral service at 11:00. There will be a private family internment after the ceremony.
