Mary Ellen Childers, 78, passed away on June 21, 2023. She was born in Lakeland, Florida on January 15, 1945 to parents Burton Roe and Lily Mary Hutchinson. Mary was a lifelong resident of Lakeland, Florida. Dearly loved and will be missed by her family and friends. Mary Ellen is survived her husband, Everett Childers. Children, Donald (Arlene), James (Tammy), LaJuan (Ralph), Lee (Nicole), Tracy (Kitty), Chandra (Tim), Paul (Sandy). Siblings, Lilly, Bill, John, Helen, Joe, Joanie, James, Virginia, Burton, Mardle, Tutti, Mac, Jack, Alma, Joanne, Betty, and Glady. Her 16 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. Visitation and Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, June 24 at Reynolds Rd. Baptist Church. Visitation will be from 10-11AM with a service to follow at 11AM.
