It is with great sadness Mary Frances Carden (better known as Nanny), beloved mother, grandmother, great- grandmother, great- great grandmother and friend, passed away peacefully on June 18, 2025. She was born in Waynesville NC. Mary was proceeded in death by her parents Frances and Geneva Gibson, Husband Leonard Carden, son Buck Carden, daughter Elizabeth Carden , Brother Tommy Gibson, sister's Linda Web, Joyce Price, Janice Massey, Becky Hammond and Rhonda Sanders. Survived by son's William (Robyn) Carden, David (Lisa) Carden, Joseph and (Angel) Carden, Daughter Tammy (Perry) Rourk, Grandchildren Francine Kincaid, Irene Brantley, Timothy Carden, Cassie (Shaun) Bridges, Dustin Mangus, Brother's Wayne (Diane) Gibson, Dale (Gail) Gibson, Sister's Nancy (Jeff) Youngblood , Sharon Kelly, Martha (Carlos) Gibson, 10 great grand children and 1 great great grand child and numerous other family members and friends.
