Linda Jean Mulder DeFreitas

Lakeland – Mrs. Linda Jean Mulder DeFreitas, 67, of Seffner, FL went home to be with her Lord on Sunday, June 19, 2016. Linda was a graduate of Chamberlain High School class of 1966. She was a member of Victory Assembly of God Church in Lakeland, FL, where she taught the four year old girls in Rainbows for 25 years. She was an avid china painter, and taught china painting for over 20 years. Linda enjoyed being a substitute teacher at Burnett Middle School. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Wally; son, Kenny (45), and daughter Charlotte (33), son in law Jeremiah; granddaughters, Macy and Karlee. Linda was a devout Christian woman and was involved in many ministries over the years, including mission trips to Bolivia, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Honduras, inner-city New York and Los Angeles.

Visitation will be Saturday, 9:30am – 11:00am at Victory Church, 1401 Griffin Rd, Lakeland, FL, with funeral services to begin at 11:00am. Interment will follow at Serenity Gardens.
