Linda S. Convis was born June 17, 1952, in Plant City Florida. She passed away March 21, 2024 in Lakeland, Florida.

Linda was preceded in death by her husband Carl, her parents Lloyd & Murline Sheffield, her brothers Charles Edward & Harry Gene Sheffield. Linda is survived by her children and their spouses, Carlene Convis, Jerry (Maria) Convis, Julie Brantley, Jnet (Jon) Sandora, Manny (Teresa) Matias, Tina (Jim) Heath, Kevin (Christi) Matias, 15 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, brothers Olen (Clarice) Sheffield, David (Gail) Sheffield and sister Carolyn Daniels.

Linda graduated Mulberry High School in 1970. She attended the Collegiate Business Institute in Orlando, receiving her Secretarial Science diploma in March 1971.

Linda enjoyed studying the Bible and in 1975 symbolized her dedication to Jehovah by water baptism. She considered it a privilege to share the many spiritual truths she learned. Linda especially enjoyed teaching the Bible's hope of a Paradise on earth for mankind. One of her favorite scriptures was Psalm 25:5, "Cause me to walk in your truth and teach me, For you are my God of salvation. In you I hope all day long."
