Larry Wayne Roberts, 71, passed away on May 21, 2026, in Lakeland, Florida.

Born on January 16, 1955, in Rockwood, Tennessee, to Hazel Frederick and Arthur Roberts, Larry lived a life filled with love, laughter, and devotion to his family.

He was happiest when he was fishing, especially sitting by the lake with a rod in hand. Larry will be remembered for his sense of humor, his strong will, and the way he was always there for the people who needed him most.

He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his wife of 53 years, Linda Roberts; his children, Felicia Gregorat and Larry Roberts; and their spouses, David Gregorat and Janina Roberts. He was a proud grandfather to David Gregorat Jr., Justin Gregorat, Matthew Gregorat, Lance Roberts, and Shane Roberts, all of whom brought him great joy. Larry is also survived by his mother, Hazel Frederick of Harriman, Tennessee, and many brothers and sisters.
