JULEEN RUGGLES, 72 General Motors

LAKELAND - Juleen "Francis" Ruggles passed peacefully at Good Shepherd Hospice, Lakeland, Florida, on June 17, 2014 due to COPD. Juleen, 72, was born in Bay City, Michigan on July 19, 1941. She was a kind and generous friend, daughter, sister, wife, and mother. Juleen, a 1959 graduate of Bay City Central High School, retired from General Motors in Pontiac, Michigan, and moved to Lakeland, Florida. She is preceded in death by her parents Louis and Mildred Francis of Bay City, Michigan and survived by her husband, Hugh Ruggles, Lakeland, her brother David (Linda) Francis of Stillwater, Minnesota and her four sons Clint Phillips, Lakeland, Brian (Deirdre) Phillips, Las Vegas, Nevada, and Don and Dean Hool, Las Vegas. Juleen was a loving grandmother to seven and great-grandmother to two children. She was full of love for life and for others. Gentry-Morrison Cremation Center.
