Joshua Allen Barnhill, 39, of Jupiter, Florida passed away on October 22, 2025 in Houston, Texas.

Funeral services will be held at Gentry-Morrison Funeral Home, Lakeland, Florida, on Friday, November 7, 2025 at 11 am with burial at Oak Hill Burial Park in Lakeland, Florida.

Joshua was known for his quick wit and laughter. He was an avid reader and history buff. Most importantly he loved our Lord Jesus Christ.

Joshua was born on September 17, 1986 in Charlotte, North Carolina to Charla Giles and the late Douglas (Doug) Barnhill.

Joshua is survived by this wife Hayley Barnhill of 12 years, their sons, Thomas, Edward (Teddy), and George; step-children Chelsea Young and Charlie Young; his mother Charla Giles and step-father Fred Giles; his sister Shelby Sindelar and her husband Jamie; grandparents Chuck and Carla Kelsay, Paul and Millie Barnhill; aunts Kim Kelsay, and Sheri Powell and her husband Tim; and cousins Cassidy, Kelsay, Ryan, Megan, and Kristen.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made in Joshua's name to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF).
