John Panagia, 85, died February 3, 2021 in Plant City. John was born in Brooklyn, NY to parents Emanuel and Agnes Panagia on January 7, 1936. He moved to the Lakeland area from New York over 30 years ago. John loved the NY Yankees. He enjoyed playing horseshoes, played billiards every Friday evening, and poker every Thursday evening. John is survived by his wife Laura Panagia, of Lakeland, FL; sons Robert Panagia of Plant City, FL, John Paul Panagia, Jr. of Setauket, NY, and Lawrence Panagia of Lakeland, FL; sisters Marie Ferraro of Melville, NY and Fran Daino of Islip, NY; 6 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren.
