John Alan Hall, 85, of Lakeland FL passed away May 10, 2017. John is survived by devoted wife of 47 years, Gwen, son Christopher john Paul and his wife Kimberly, two grandchildren Stella and Carson, one sister Irene Ritman and her husband Sidney, and a host of other family and friends. John was born on March 26, 1932 to John Howard and Blanche Irene Hall in New York City, New York. After High School John served in the United States Army. John was a firm believer in education and completed his Bachelor's and Master's degrees. He continued his educational pursuits and came close to completing his Doctorate in Business. As a corporate executive and management consultant John enjoyed traveling throughout his life. He retired in 2003 and moved to Florida. He will be remembered for his love of people, the beauty of God's world, and devotion to his faith and his family. A Memorial Service will be held at All Saints Episcopal Church, 202 S Massachusetts Ave Lakeland, Florida on May 20, 2017 at 11am. Inurnment will be privately held at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family asks that you make a donation in John's name to the Building Fund of All Saints Episcopal Church.
