Jerry C Berra, 78 of Lakeland FL passed away June 21, 2026.

Jerry was born August 4, 1947 to Louis & Nadine Berra in St. Louis Missouri. He was the youngest of three boys. At 19 years old, he joined the Marines and fought in the Vietnam war where he earned a Navy Achievement Medal and a Purple Heart.

He married Debora Fisher on September 8, 1979. They lived in Mentone, CA where they started their beautiful family of 1 son and 2 daughters, then later moved to Lakeland FL.

Jerry enjoyed classic cars and spending time outside with his family.

Jerry is survived by his wife, Debora Berra of Lakeland, FL; his three children Gerald Berra Sr, Angie Berra, Crystal Asencio;                  Grandchildren, Brandy Berra, Gerald Berra Jr, Richard Reed, Presley Briere of Lakeland; Ben Stupp, Will Stupp, Alan Stupp of Hannibal NY; Amaya Asencio of Lakeland.
