Jay William Packard, 67 of Lakeland passed away on March 1, 2025 at Lakeland Regional Health Medical Center. Jay was a resident of Lakeland since 1966. He married his love, Donna in 1977, and happily made a life together. Jay worked as a parts distributor for the trucking industry. He enjoyed riding around on his golf cart, fishing, swimming, landscaping, and happy hour.

Jay is lovingly survived by his wife, Donna Packard; son, Jason Packard (Theresa); brothers, Lester (Barbara) Packard, Charlie Packard, Allan (Gina) Packard; sister, Carmen (Ronnie) Ready and 5 grandchildren.
