Jason Morris, 45, of Lakeland, Florida passed away on October 8, 2024. Born in Princeton, West Virginia, He was a graduate of Mulberry High School and earned his degree in Turf Management and Golf Course Operations at Lake City Community College. Jason was a dedicated golf course superintendent known for his passion for the game and his commitment to maintaining the beauty of the courses he cared for.

He is survived by his beloved wife Erin, their two children, Carly and Carter, his parents, Frank and Sharon Morris, and his brother Keith (Catherine). Jason was also a cherished uncle to many nieces and nephews. He was a loving and dedicated husband, father, and friend, regularly putting others ahead of himself.

Jason's love for golf was matched only by his devotion to his family and friends. He is cherished every moment spent on the course and treasured the time spent with his family and friends.

He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. A celebration of Jason's life will be held at Gentry-Morrison Funeral Home-Southside Chapel on Sunday, October 20 at 10:00 AM.
