Hernan Torres, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and brother passed away on May 28, 2026, in Tampa, Florida. Born on November 12, 1952, in Cayey, Puerto Rico, to Santiago and Marcelina Torres, Hernan was devoted to his family, loved fishing and gardening, his dogs and Ford Mustangs.

He is survived by his wife Rosa, his daughter Angelica, his sons Hernan Joel, Herman Javier and Herman Graviel, his grand-daughter Gabriela, his brother Bernardo Torres, his sisters Iris and Migdalia and his beloved pet dog Mia. 

A Visitation honoring Hernan’s life will be held on June 4, 2026, from 2PM to 3PM at Gentry-Morrison Funeral Homes - Southside Chapel, located at 1727 Bartow Road, Lakeland, FL 33801. A service to celebrate his life will follow at 3PM at the funeral home.
